Our line is open 9am to 7pm, Saturday to Thursday. We are closed on Fridays.
How quickly will someone get back to me?
We aim to reply within 24 hours, and usually the same day. Requests that arrive while we are closed — overnight, or on a Friday — are picked up when the line reopens.
Where does the inspection happen?
Wherever the car is. Home, office, a parking basement or a workshop — we come to you anywhere in the seven emirates. If the car does not move, we bring recovery.
